Marketing & Content Coordinator

Full-time • In-house • Auckland

We’re Noody Skincare (kids + family skincare that actually works) and The Facialist (premium facials & skincare). Between us, we’ve got the products, the customers, and the momentum — now we need someone to help keep our brands moving, looking great, and sounding like us.

This isn’t a “sit in meetings all day” role. It’s hands-on, creative, and fast-paced — perfect for someone who loves turning ideas into content, keeping marketing organised, and making things happen.

What You’ll Do

Content & Social

  • Create engaging social content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts) using your iPhone — from concept to post.

  • Manage and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • Repurpose content between organic and paid channels.

  • Jump on trends that make sense for the brand.

Email & SMS Marketing

  • Write, design, and schedule weekly campaigns in Klaviyo.

  • Keep our automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, promos) fresh and on-brand.

  • Track performance and suggest improvements.

Campaign Support

  • Work with the founder to plan and execute product launches, promos, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Coordinate content shoots with creators, influencers, and photographers.

  • Make sure all campaign assets are ready and on time.

Marketing Operations

  • Keep our marketing calendar, ClickUp tasks, and asset library organised.

  • Liaise with suppliers, printers, and stockists when needed.

  • Jump in to help on ad-hoc projects (events, pop-ups, PR drops).

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, social media, or content role (e-commerce/beauty/retail a bonus).

  • Great copywriting skills — short, snappy, and human.

  • Confident using Canva (bonus if you can use Figma or Adobe tools).

  • Comfortable filming and editing on an iPhone for TikTok/Reels.

  • Organised and proactive — you spot what needs doing and make it happen.

  • A genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and wellness.
