New Zealand Shipping

Free shipping on all NZ orders over $90. Orders under $90 ship for a flat $6.00. Allow 1–3 business days for delivery.

International Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

A few things to know by region:

• UK & Europe: Post-Brexit, UK orders may attract VAT and handling fees upon arrival. EU orders under €150 may have VAT collected by the courier on delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.
• Australia: Most NZ-origin orders are below the AUD $1,000 de minimis threshold and unlikely to attract import duty. GST may apply on higher-value orders.
• UAE & Middle East: We ship via FedEx International Priority for reliable delivery. Import fees may still apply depending on your country.
• All other countries: Customs policies vary widely. When in doubt, check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Refused deliveries due to unpaid duties or taxes may be abandoned or destroyed by the courier. In these cases, we are unable to offer refunds on the order.

Pre-Order Shipping

Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock. To receive in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order. Pre-order delivery timelines are communicated via email.
