My 19 month old hasn't slept through the night ever, its not hard to get her back to sleep but its still hard being woken up during the night! I really wanted to try this spray because the ingredients are quite good and simple. It doesn't do magic that my baby will sleep 8 hrs, but she wakes up much less and sleeps longer periods of time, so we are very happy, and she loves the spray❤️!

Ever since the first night trying Bedtime Bestie our twins have both been sleeping so much better. We were having multiple wakings (double the amount because of twins!) but now we have less wakings through the night. This is a staple in our nighttime routine. I love this product. We already used magnesium spray for our older boys. We brought this for our twin girls and ended up switching to this for all 4 of our kids. This will honestly change the game that is bedtime routines. My 3 month old twins sleep through the night along with our 3yr and 6yr old boys.

This spray has become apart of our bedtime routine for all 3 of my little ones. Since using it I have noticed how much more relaxed and easy it is for each of my kids to drift off to sleep and they are waking up visibly so much more well rested and happy I’m the morning. My (almost) 2 yr old in particular was really struggling with bedtime and falling asleep, and would also wake during the night almost every night and be so difficult to resettle.
