Noody x Edwards & Co Nursing Chair Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter and promotion period

The promoter is Noody Skincare Limited (trading as Noody), NZBN 9429051440909, of 90 Wellesley Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.

The giveaway starts at 6:00 pm Thursday 15 October 2026 and finishes at 11:59:59 pm Sunday 18 October 2026, New Zealand daylight time (Pacific/Auckland). Orders outside these times do not qualify.

2. Eligibility

Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over with a New Zealand delivery address who have actively subscribed to Noody marketing emails by the time they place their qualifying order. The subscription must be a genuine opt-in; purchasing does not automatically subscribe someone. Unsubscribing after a valid entry has been recorded does not cancel that entry.

Noody employees, contractors directly involved in the giveaway, their immediate families, and persons directly administering the draw cannot enter.

3. How to enter

During the promotion period, place an online order at noody.co.nz with an eligible product subtotal strictly greater than NZ$89.00 after any discounts and before delivery charges, GST-inclusive, and be subscribed to Noody marketing emails as described above.

Each genuine, qualifying paid order is one entry, regardless of its total value over the threshold. An order of exactly $89.00 does not qualify. There is no separate entry fee or additional charge for entering.

Shipping, gift cards, vouchers, wholesale, test, staff and fraudulent orders do not contribute to qualifying spend. Cancelled, fully refunded or chargeback orders are ineligible. A partially refunded order remains eligible only if its final eligible product subtotal is still strictly greater than $89.00. Noody may verify entries and subscription status before the draw.

4. Prize

One winner receives one new Edwards & Co Cariboo Myla Nursing Chair, in cream boucle, with an advertised retail value of NZ$749. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or transferable except where required by law. Delivery is within New Zealand, with reasonable delivery arrangements made with the winner.

5. Winner selection and notification

One winner will be selected at random on Monday 19 October 2026 from the eligible entries after the giveaway closes. The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their qualifying order. They must respond within five calendar days; if they cannot be contacted, decline or cannot verify eligibility, another eligible entry may be selected at random.

6. Privacy and marketing

Noody uses order, eligibility and contact information to administer the giveaway and deliver the prize, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Marketing email subscription is a condition of entry, not a condition of purchasing products; customers can still place orders without subscribing, but those orders will not qualify for the giveaway. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, without losing an entry that was valid when placed.

7. General

Subject to applicable law, Noody may disqualify invalid entries or suspected fraud. This giveaway is not sponsored, administered or endorsed by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google or Shopify. Questions can be sent to hey@noody.co.nz.
