Change-of-mind returns, refunds and exchanges are not available during the Black Friday Sale. This includes situations such as ordering the wrong product, changing your mind about the scent or texture, or making duplicate orders. Your consumer guarantee rights still apply.
If your order arrives with a fault, damage or an incorrect item, please email hey@noody.co.nz within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) or Australian Consumer Law. Reports made after seven days will still be supported but may require additional processing time.
If you experience a skin reaction, please report it within seven days of first use. Clear photos and, if possible, verification from a healthcare professional will help us assess the claim. Refunds cover the product cost only and apply to lightly used or patch-tested items. This policy remains active during Sale periods.
Exchanges are not available during the Sale unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Dispatch times may extend by 1-3 business days due to high volume. Courier delays may also occur. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. International customers remain responsible for any duties or taxes applied by local authorities.
Orders cannot be edited once placed. Address changes may not be possible. Orders cannot be combined. Cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not entered fulfillment.
