I really wanted to try this spray because the ingredients are quite good and simple. It doesn't do magic that my baby will sleep 8 hrs, but she wakes up much less and sleeps longer periods of time, so we are very happy, and she loves the spray❤️!
Ever since the first night trying Bedtime Bestie our twins have both been sleeping so much better. I love this product. We already used magnesium spray for our older boys. We brought this for our twin girls and ended up switching to this for all 4 of our kids. This spray has become apart of our bedtime routine for all 3 of my little ones.
